All personal training prospects begin their fitness journey at WILL POWER with an assessment conducted by one of our professionals. From the assessment we discuss your goals, fitness experience, and prior or current injuries you may be dealing with. Multiple fitness tests will be conducted to determine your physical ability and highlight areas to focus on during your sessions. Based on the assessment results, we will work together to develop a customized plan to help you achieve your goals.

Taking control of your fitness definitely entails a disciplined workout routine. however, at least 50% of training is what you consume. Work with one of our nutritionists to get a guided approach to which nutrients you should consume, how much and how often, whether the goal is weight loss, weight gain, competition preparation, or just a well-balanced diet.
Take your fitness and nutrition to the next level with objective measurements of your progress to help keep you accountable. As you progress through your fitness journey, you can measure your weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration levels over time to make sure you are on track with your goals. Each time you check in, you will receive a printout of your numbers as well as a graph showing your data over time.
